America's Capital Partners (ACP) was founded in 1998 by real estate broker Allen de Olazarra.  Within a year of its establishment, the partners completed a record-breaking transaction for a 3.2 million square foot suburban office building and development land portfolio.  This transaction distinguished America's Capital Partners (ACP) as the largest owner of office buildings in South Florida.
