OVERVIEW

America's Capital Partners (ACP) was founded in 1998 by real estate broker Allen de Olazarra. Within a year of its establishment, the partners completed a record-breaking transaction for a 3.2 million square foot suburban office building and development land portfolio. This transaction distinguished America's Capital Partners as the largest owner of office buildings in South Florida during that period. Since that time, ACP has managed risks and created value in both tumultuous down-turns and vibrant markets alike. Through the years, the company expanded its holdings to over 13,000,000 square feet in major office markets within Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Today, ACP is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the current market conditions by leveraging our strong relationships with investment partners, lenders, brokers and tenants. Our extensive due diligence programs, systems and procedures oriented operating platform is highly scalable and designed to expand with the demands of regional portfolio growth.

Asset and Property Management
ACP approaches property management from an owner's perspective, keeping tenant retention as our primary objective. While renewals are the most cost effective method of maintaining occupancy, our primary goal with every property is to consistently deliver best-in-class building services at competitive rates while aggressively managing day-to-day operational risks. ACP was founded by leasing professionals, and this expertise is at the foundation of our success. As developers of high-rise residential communities, retail centers, industrial properties and self-storage facilities, ACP is experienced and adept in construction management and oversight. As owners of office buildings, we expect all tenant and capital improvement projects to be efficiently designed, bid competitively, skillfully constructed and delivered on-time. Together, our teams have produced extraordinary results for a full spectrum of commercial construction projects from minor tenant improvements to new multi-use developments with budgets in excess of $100,000,000.
