From the first major acquisition of 3.2 million square feet of office space valued at $323 million in 1999, ACP has been successful by always addressing the individual concerns specific to a property while uniformly operating using the highest level of strategy formulation. The current portfolio is a showcase of properties that ACP has owned and managed during the past decade. Not all the properties are part of our current holdings, but instead represent the type of Class A office space, residential communities and storage facilities that will be considered for future investment.
