Stephen P. Sauriol, Director of Engineering
Mr. Stephen P. Sauriol is the Director of Engineering at America’s Capital Partners overseeing Mechanical and Technical Operations for the firm’s office portfolio. He has over 34 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry and specializes in mechanical systems, energy management, life-safety and all major office building operating components.
Mr. Sauriol is a graduate of Blackstone Valley Tech of Massachusetts, with a major in commercial and residential construction. He has also earned Level I & II Building Operator’s Designation from Gwinnett Technical College of Georgia.
Mr. Sauriol began his career in 1981 with Meredith & Grew, in Boston, Massachusetts and later relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he joined Cushman & Wakefield as Chief Engineer. In 1997, he joined Lincoln Property Company as Southeast Director of Engineering, where he was responsible for over 200 office properties in nine southeastern states. Prior to joining ACP, Steve Sauriol served as Regional Portfolio Engineering Director for Behringer Harvard
Mr. Sauriol is an active member of BOMA-Georgia, having served as the Chairperson for the Building Technical Organization (BTO) for engineers, creating relevant courses for the engineering program, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of this 1,100 member local organization. He is an active participant in the Southern and International Conferences for BOMA International and led a team effort in the award of two regional TOBYs (The Office Building of the Year) and he is the recipient of the BOMA Engineer of the Year awards at both Behringer Harvard and BOMA-Georgia.
