Cindy Cowart serves as America’s Capital Partners Human Resources Manager, a position she has held since 2021. In addition to leading the firm’s HR initiatives, she also administers the Accounts Payable process. Ms. Cowart initially joined ACP in May 2019 as a Property Accountant.

A Georgia-licensed Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Cowart began her career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand, where she specialized in Audit. She holds a Bachelor of Industrial Management with a Certificate in Accounting from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
