Our Team

The ACP executive team is composed of seasoned professionals with expertise across real estate investment, development, construction management, operations, accounting, and capital markets, with a proven track record across multiple asset classes.

Sergio Socolsky

CEO

Mr. Sergio Socolsky serves as CEO of ACP, bringing over 40 years of domestic and international experience in real estate investment, development, and construction.

 

Mr. Sergio Socolsky leads ACP’s acquisitions, capital formation, and development efforts, including self-storage, high-rise residential projects, and proprietary fund joint ventures. During his tenure at ACP, Mr. Sergio Socolsky has been instrumental in the acquisition and disposition of over $2.5 billion in commercial properties. Mr. Sergio Socolsky is the senior executive with the longest tenure at ACP, spanning over 25 years.

 

Mr. Sergio Socolsky graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Tomas Socolsky

VICE PRESIDENT OF ACQUISITIONS

Mr. Tomas Socolsky heads ACP’s acquisitions team, overseeing the valuation and evaluation of new business opportunities across the firm’s investment platform.

 

Mr. Tomas Socolsky also oversees the development of self-storage facilities in the South Florida area and has been instrumental in ACP’s investment in Eden Living, a single-family build-to-rent development platform.
 

Mr. Tomas Socolsky is a Babson College alumnus and received his MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Miami. He also holds a Florida Real Estate Broker License.

Carolyn O'Brien

CONTROLLER

Ms. Carolyn O’Brien oversees accounting and financial reporting for owners, investors, and financial partners, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial and multifamily real estate.
 

Ms. Carolyn O’Brien began her career at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, providing audit services to institutional real estate, financial, and insurance clients. She later served as Controller at American Resurgens Management Corporation, and then as Controller/Vice President of Accounting at Signature Management Corporation, overseeing multifamily properties across the Southeast.
 

Ms. Carolyn O’Brien graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in Georgia.

Dayna Kreutzer

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Ms. Dayna Kreutzer oversees property management and operations for ACP’s office portfolio, bringing over 28 years of experience with class-A office properties.
 

Ms. Dayna Kreutzer has held roles at SteelWave, Inc. (formerly Legacy Partners), Broe Real Estate Group, and Insignia/ESG, where she managed $4.5 million in renovations and tenant improvements and contributed to leasing over 125,000 RSF in 2016.
 

An active member of BOMA Denver Metro, Ms. Dayna Kreutzer has served on its Board, Executive Committee, and was President in 2022. She also holds a Colorado Real Estate License.

Marina Gould

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Ms. Marina Gould oversees property management and operations at ACP's Tampa office, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across class-A and class-B properties.
 

Ms. Marina Gould began her career in property management in 2005 and has managed a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, ranging from office, industrial, medical, and retail assets. In her daily role, she provides comprehensive management services including leasing, operations, construction, accounting, and tenant relations.
 

Ms. Marina Gould is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned a degree in Mass Communications and Advertising. She also holds a Florida Real Estate License.

Cindy Cowart

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Ms. Cindy Cowart serves as Human Resources Manager for ACP, leading the firm’s HR initiatives and administering the Accounts Payable process.
 

Ms. Cindy Cowart joined ACP in May 2019 as a Property Accountant and has served in her current role since 2021. A Georgia-licensed Certified Public Accountant, she began her career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand, where she specialized in Audit.
 

Ms. Cindy Cowart holds a Bachelor of Industrial Management with a Certificate in Accounting from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Vera Socolsky

FINANCIAL ANALYST

Ms. Vera Socolsky serves as a financial analyst for ACP, supporting the acquisitions and development teams in evaluating and advancing investment opportunities.

 

Ms. Vera Socolsky plays a key role in research, operations, management-related tasks, and the analysis of new business opportunities across the firm’s investment platform. Prior to joining ACP, she held various positions within the mortgage lending arm of GL Homes, the largest private homebuilder in Florida.

 

Ms. Vera Socolsky earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, graduating magna cum laude as a Presidential Scholar. She also received her MBA in Real Estate from the University of Miami, completing the accelerated program summa cum laude.

Fritz Loewy

FINANCIAL ANALYST

Mr. Fritz Loewy serves as a financial analyst for ACP, bringing experience in public equity investing, financial planning, valuation, and investment banking.

 

Mr. Fritz Loewy joined ACP in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he led public equity investing at the Loewy Family Office and worked as a Financial Planner for Sempertex, a Colombian latex balloon manufacturing company. He also served as a Senior Valuation Analyst at EY’s Bogota office and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Nexus Capital Partners, where he built financial models and presentations used to fundraise for transactions totaling $350 million.

Mr. Fritz Loewy holds a Finance degree from Bentley University and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Miami.
